Webb Secures Future for Business

BCMS Corporate has completed the sale of Newbury-based Jacqueline Webb & Co, which provides expert evidence about future needs of injured people to lawyers and insurers.

Former occupational therapist Jacqueline started the business in Salisbury in the mid 1980s and has produced over 13,000 reports.

The new owner, entrepreneur Doug Lingafelter, is well known to BCMS Corporate, having previously bought Festival Drinks six years ago. He wants to take Jacqueline Webb & Co into new markets abroad.

He said: “It’s a great business, with lots of potential, and I am already busy working with the team identifying the ways in which we can grow over the coming years.”
