Utility Cost Analysis sold to fellow energy consultants M&C

BCMS Corporate has completed the sale of Utility Cost Analysis (UCA) to fellow energy consultants McKinnon & Clarke (M&C).

UCA specialise in reducing the cost of electricity, gas and water for industrial, commercial and public sector organisations in the UK. Headed up by Ashok Sharma, the company, which has offices in Maidstone and Stockport, approached BCMS Corporate on the recommendation of its accountant, to search for a suitable buyer to help take the business forward.

BCMS Corporate were brought in by UCA to oversee the sale of the business (which has helped over 350 clients save money on their utility bills to date), safeguarding 10 jobs in the process. The new owners of the company, M&C, are
one of the world’s best known energy consultants, with a network of offices throughout the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.
