Software Firm Is Snapped Up

A Large Farnham company has been snapped up in a corporate merger. Computer software company Cirrus Logistics has been sold to VoiteQ.

Founded in the mid-1980s, Cirrus Logistics is an internationally recognised pioneer of advances software solutions for the logistics sector.

The Downing Street company’s global client list includes logistics firms DHL and TNT, retailers Tesco and Next, manufacturers Coca-Cola and Cadbury and oil giants BP and Texaco.

Recently, its owners decided to identify a suitable buyer for the 11-strong company to help take it to the next level of growth and they approached finance firm BCMS Corporate for support.

It has resulted in Cirrus Logistics being sold to VoiteQ, the UK’s leading supplier of voice directed distribution systems.
