BCMS Corporate wraps up sale of Wesco

Corporate finance boutique BCMS Corporate has wrapped up the sale of gift supplier Wesco to Zeon in a multi-million pound deal.

Founded in Knutsford, Cheshire in 1987 by Robert Hughes, Wesco supplies licensed products on behalf of over 20 brands, including the likes of Doctor Who, Simpsons, Star Wars and Transformers, for sale around the world. Under the terms of the agreement, Zeon, who make gift watches for the likes of Bench, Braun and Fiorucco, plan to utilise Wesco’s licensing agreements to move into markets that were previously unavailable to them.
