BCMS Corporate successfully advises on North American Property Management Deal

FirstService, a global provider of commercial real estate, residential property management and property services, has completed the multi-million dollar sale of Canadian-based Condominium First with support from BCMS Corporate.

Alberta's leading condominium management company, Condominium First, is widely regarded as one of the most progressive companies of its type in Canada – overseeing everything from property repairs and maintenance through to landscaping and snow removal for its clients.

 Founded by Chairman Bob Davies over 30 years ago, the directors of Condominium First recently expressed a desire to sell the business and turned to the North American arm of international M&A specialists BCMS Corporate to identify a suitable buyer.

The new owners, FirstService, are best known for their brand - Colliers International - the third largest provider of commercial real estate in the world.

The sale of Condominium First is the latest in a series of multi-million dollar transactions managed by the BCMS Corporate team in North America since the turn of the year.
