BCMS Corporate cooks up great deal for kitchen specialist

Corporate finance boutique BCMS Corporate has completed the multi-million pound sale of Tsunami, kitchen designers to the rich and famous. Originally called Chelsea Interiors, Tsunami has been based on Wigmore Street in London’s West End for the last decade. Headed up by David Knights, it specialises in creating minimalist kitchens for high net worth clients, including many of the Sunday Times Top 100 Rich List.

Knights, who has run the business for over 30 years, decided earlier this year to retire and approached BCMS Corporate to identify a suitable buyer. The new owner, serial entrepreneur David Pidgeon, had been looking to buy a niche business for some time and together with backing from Blue Sky Corporate Finance has taken over the day-to-day running of Tsunami with immediate effect.
