Working with the BCMS Corporate Texas office, Welcome Home Management Services LLC facilitated its sale to ERA KyleCor Property Management. Jay Brown, owner of Welcome Home, was ready for retirement and wanted to leave his company in the hands of a strategic acquirer who could facilitate its future growth. As both companies offer property management services and are based in the Oklahoma City region, ERA KyleCor seemed like a natural fit.

Prior to Jay’s acceptance of ERA KyleCor’s offer, BCMS determined 281 prospective buyers, had 28 requests for additional information, and assisted Jay through four meetings and three offers. As so often happens in BCMS-negotiated deals, the offer from ERA KyleCor was almost twice the lowest offer received.
