In a BCMS-assisted deal, Framing Success Inc. will become an operating entity within the Herff Jones Scholastic Division. The Scholastic Division business includes class rings, announcements, diplomas and related academic recognition products. Framing Success’s position as a leader in a niche business – custom-made diploma frames – reduced the number of prospective buyers that BCMS contacted to five. Although the low number of prospects was unusual for BCMS, the synergy was clear; all five requested more information. Subsequently, four requested additional meetings and three made offers.
Both our client and the buyer felt the deal was a success.
